Shipping & Delivery
All shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. All in stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on when the order is placed. In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will inform you and refund the item. We never substitute an alternate brand or product without your explicit permission. All our Home Delivery orders are shipped via local couriers. We strive for excellence with every delivery. Currency & Methods of Payment
All webshop transactions are in Canadian dollars. Community Natural Foods' webshop accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No COD’s. Orders delivered to all Canadian provinces and Territories are subject to 5% GST.

As of Monday July 13, 2020 we are accepting returns and exchanges. For pre-covid returns and exchanges please note that you have one month to return products purchased prior to April 4. The cut-off for those returns is August 13, 2020. All purchases made between April 4 and July 13 are a final sale.
Returns and Exchanges:
Community Natural Foods will accept returns and exchanges of unopened non-perishable goods within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Perishable goods including Bread, Produce, Meat, and Dairy may be returned within 15 days opened when goods have spoiled prior to their best before date.
Returns of opened Natural Health Products with an NPN will be accepted when customers experience an adverse reaction to the product so long as the adverse reaction is reported to Health Canada via their online form at https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/medeffect-canada/adverse-reaction-reporting/natural-health-products.html. If customers suspect that they are experiencing any form of food poisoning from products purchased at Community Natural Foods we require reports to be made to Alberta Health Services and/or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Reports to Alberta Health Services can be made at: https://ephisahs.albertahealthservices.ca/create-case/. Reports to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency can be made at: https://www.inspection.gc.ca/food-safety-for-industry/information-for-consumers/report-a-concern/eng/1364500149016/1364500195684. After such a report has been filed we will provide a return of the product in question. Additional exceptions will be made to this return policy when a product poses a direct safety concern to a customer including any form of contamination or foreign objects.
Occasionally misprints occur on printed material, email promotions and on our web pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.

Use of your Personal Information
Community Natural Foods collects and uses your personal information to operate the Community Natural Foods Web site and deliver the services you have requested. Community Natural Foods also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Community Natural Foods and its affiliates. Community Natural Foods secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Community Natural Foods secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Community Natural Foods has made every effort to protect all customer information under our control from loss or misuse. These include but are not limited to the utilization of industry standard SSL encryption as well as the use of PCI compliant software and payment processing services. Contest Rules & Regulations

To enter an in store Contest, visit a Community Natural Foods (CNF) store and complete an entry form and drop it into the contest box located at any participating CNF Store. List of the participating CNF Stores can be found at www.communitynaturalfoods.com/contact-us. See “Contest Rules and Regulations” below for a full set of Rules and Regulations, which are incorporated herein by reference. Only one entry per Contestant. Skill testing question must be answered correctly to claim prizes. Odds of winning depend on number of contestants registered.
1. OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following are the Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”) brought to you by Community Natural Foods Ltd. (CNF). Contest(s) are void, in whole or part, where prohibited by law and are subject to all federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations. There is no purchase necessary to participate in a Contest. CNF reserves the right to make changes to the Contest, where necessary, due to changing business, operational and marketing considerations. Subject to applicable laws, these Rules govern all aspects of the Contest, including the Contest Summary, and are binding upon all Contest entrants. In the event of any inconsistency between the Rules and the conditions and explanations appearing on any other documents, including the Contest Summary, these Rules shall take precedence.
Contest(s) are open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older. Contestants may be required to prove their age at the time of redeeming their prize. Employees, officers and directors of ”CNF” are not eligible to win any of the Prizes. To enter the Contest, visit a CNF store and complete an entry form and drop it into the contest box located at any participating Community CNF Store. 3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST
To enter the Contest, visit a Community CNF store and complete an entry form and drop it into the contest box located at any participating Community CNF Store. List of the participating Community CNF Stores can be found at www.communitynaturalfoods.com/contact-us. Only one entry per Contestant.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are available. CNF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute all or any portion of the Prizes with a prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
For each prize, one winner will be selected at a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Note, only one entry per Contestant. A CNF representative will conduct the drawing within one week of the end of the contest noted above. The potential winners of the contest will be notified via email or phone by a CNF representative. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the contest. The decision of the CNF representative in relation to this Contest and who the Winners are will be final and binding on all entrants. Odds of being a Winner depends on the number of contestants registered. The selected Winners then have to properly answer the skill testing in order to claim the related prize. Contacting Winners: CNF, or their designated representative, will make three (3) attempts to contact the Winner by email or telephone within four (4) days of being selected. If the Winners: (i) cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts over the four (4) days, or (ii) there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then that Winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected by the CNF representative. The process noted above will be repeated until all Winners have been contacted and verified, or there are no eligible contestants remaining.
6. PRIZE AWARDING AND REDEMPTION
Before being declared a Winner, the Winner must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. The Winner may be required to: (i) supply proof of age consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincial or state issued driver’s license or other government issued identification; (ii) supply proof of address consisting of a legible photocopy of either a provincial or state issued driver’s license or other government issued identification; (iii) verify the authenticity of the Winners email account. The Winner may also be required to sign and return within five (5) business days CNF Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”), which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules and acceptance of the Prize as awarded without substitution; (ii) releases CNF, their respective affiliated and related companies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Contest, the Winner’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name as CNF reasonable determines and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by CNF in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. Declining the Prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, or failing to return the properly executed Release Form within the time period indicated on the Release Form, will cause the Prize to be forfeited and a new winner determined in accordance with the process for the applicable Prize, as described above in “Selection of Winners”.

By participating in the Contest, you release CNF, their respective affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Contest, the contestants participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of any Prize or portion thereof. CNF is not responsible or liable for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry of registration or entry information which may affect an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest; (ii) human errors, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; and (iii) entries which fail to fully comply with these Rules.
All entry forms, prize claim and related forms become the property of CNF. All decisions by CNF with respect to all aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding. All contestants agree to abide by all of the instructions and decisions of CNF. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules or any decision rendered by CNF, the decision or interpretation of CNF shall prevail. Any attempt to deliberately damage or tamper with a Contest, interfere with the proper administration of a Contest or undermine the legitimate operation of a Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, CNF reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Should any part of these Rules be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining parts of the Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, state and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. The personal information provided to enter the Contest will be used only to administer the Contest, and for no other reason.
