It sounds contrary to the advice of every health expert over the last 50 years. It probably sounds “too good to be true” or flat out absurd. But the results are speaking for themselves. 

Michal Ofer is a nutrition consultant and low carb lifestyle and wellness expert. Her focus is on assisting clients to take control of their health and happiness through the implementable, sustainable food and lifestyle choices that best support their individual concerns, needs and goals.

Michal has a degree in life sciences and has received training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Institute for Functional Medicine, University of Colorado and the University of Stanford.
