Campfire Grilled Nachos

Take your nachos to the next level this summer! A car camping favorite for you and your friends or the whole family. A great balance of healthy fats, fiber, carbohydrates, and protein. 


Servings: 2-4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes


1 cup of cheese 

1/cup greek yogurt 

3 Stalks green onion 

1/2 cup black beans 

2 Roma tomatoes (seeds removed)

1/2 avocado

1/2 Sweet pepper  

1 Jalapeno diced small

1/4 cup red onion


1.       Place nachos in cast iron pan cover with cheese and toppings (not the avocado or greek yogurt) 

2.       Cover with foil and place in fire pit until cheese is melted. Remove and top with avocado and greek yogurt
